Mr. Joe Mastroianni has 35 years of nuclear power plant experience, all in the chemistry laboratory area. During that time he has held every position possible in the lab structure from junior bench analyst to section manager.
He has extensive experience and training in the selection, commissioning, operation, and data interpretation of gamma-ray spectrometer systems. He developed training materials for various areas of laboratory interest including gamma spectrometry and instructed ht etraining courses.
Joe's background also includes extensive experience in the development and implementation of effective laboratory QA/QC programs. He helped develop the Power Plant Chemistry Advisory Group's "Standard for a Power Plant Chemistry Quality Management System."
