In order to give you time to display your newest instruments and technology we have scheduled an Exhibitor Display at the start of this years's symposium. Exhibitor's will set up their booths on Monday morning, February 22nd and the Exhibitor Display will open at 1 pm. There will be drawings for prizes and give-aways throughout the exhibit period and you are encouraged to contribute items for the drawings (minimum value $25).
The Exhibitor Display will be followed by a Welcome Reception from 4-6 pm in the exhibit room. A full bar and chef's choice of hors d'oeuvres will be provided.
This year's symposium is comprised of on-line and bench-top instrument training in five sessions spread over a three-day period. (click here to view the agenda). Suppliers must provide hands-on training in each of the five sessions. The representatives may conduct the same hands-on training in all five sessions or they may have different content in each session.
Attendees will be notified prior to the seminar what training will be offered and will make their choices before the symposium as to which sessions they will attend.
Prior to the symposium, suppliers will receive attendee's lists for each of the sessions they conduct.
There will also be one-hour testing sessions each day. Suppliers are responsible for preparing the associated written tests for the training they will conduct. Both the training and the tests must be submitted by January 22, 2010 for approval by Scientech.
