To Mutually Identify the Principles and Practices (Tactics)
for a Successful Power Plant Laboratory QA/QC Program.
Goals:
In order to achieve the above Vision Statement, participating laboratories will have the following in place:
- An ongoing evaluation of its QMS Program to ensure the requirements of this Standard are met.
- A program to ensure Areas for Corrective Actions are identified and acted on.
- A program to ensure Areas for Continuous Improvement.
- A commitment to participate in an ongoing effort to continuously improve this Standard.
- A commitment to share ‘lessons learned’ and experience with their Group peers.
In order to further advance power plant laboratory excellence, efforts are made to broaden the Group’s participants so as to globally widen access to this Standard.
